Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible UAE orders. The total amount shown at checkout must be paid to the courier upon delivery.

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared with you after your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will review your request according to our Return & Refund Policy.
